Internet Tide Sites For Portland?

I typically used Westfly but they seem to be held up by NOAA in getting tidal information updated. Does anyone know if this is a wide spread problem or are there other Columbia/Portland area Tidal Charts on the Net that have good data for January?

I found a great tide table program for my Palm Pilot. It covers many west coast locations, including Garibaldi. It is free for the downloading. The author's email address is bilofsky@toolworks.com and the name of the program is "tidetool".
