As some of you know I use to be a youth pastor at a Small southern Baptist church in California. Out of all of the youth there was one I really tried to reach out to her name was Alison. She came from a single home and never knew anything about church. Well she started to come to bible study and would come to group things but she always had questions I am talking big Questions And I always worked so hard to give her the answers. For years I prayed for her and talked to her and showed her the love of Christ but she would never accept him or God as the one true God.
About four years ago I found out Alison was about 21 at the time was claiming to be gay I accepted this I did tell her what the bible and how I felt about this but continued to show her the love of Christ. My Brother also was very good friends with Alison doing everything he could to keep her clean from her Drug addiction that she struggled with helping her with the loss of her Mother who raised her all alone he spent night after night just sitting up with her just to keep her clean. Now my brother knows the lord but Backslidden over the years. But he knew what Alison meant to me and he had a connection with her that no one else did it was purely a friendship but it was a deep bond.
Now to the hard part I got home today to listen to a message from my brother on the answering machine Alison took a gun to her head this morning and shot herself. She is struggling to cling to live in IC unit right now. The hard part is she has no family and on her suicide note. Had the police contact my brother because he is the only one there for her? My brother has to make the call weather to pull the plug and let her go or no.
I am so saddened right now I do not even know how to put it in words it is like one little hope one little prayer that she would someday come to the lord is Gone Satan Crushed it with his lies! I'm sorry to make this so long But I conceder you all my Christian Family and I Ask you pray for Alison and my brother thought this hard time and just let Gods will be done thank you.
