  Having never fished Umatilla before I'm looking for what to use up there. All I have is worm rigs is it better to use plugs? If so what size and type color plugs work up there?
Is there a tackle shop in Umitilla to purchase plugs?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Plugs?? Can't help ya there. I have 3 boxes of non-catchers! Seriously, I have yet to catch on a deep diver yet. Shadlings, Reef Runners, PowerDives, Hotlips, RockWalkers, ThunderSticks, RistoRaps...the only ones that have caught were the Bass pattern RistoRap and the Chrome/blue back ThunderStick.......and they were smallmouth.

Very frustrating when ya can drag a worm harness through and catch on every other pass but a chrankbait?? NADT!

My vote goes to sticking with what work for ya. But if you want to borrow my crankbait boxes....your welcome to slime them for me.
PM me if ya want to borrow them.
