Found Rod and Reel at Hills Creek

Yesterday at Hills Creek res. I found a rod and reel near the boat ramp at Packard creek. The Rod is a Ugly Stick 5 1/2'er with a Cardinal spinning reel on it. Looks as if it hadn't been in the water that long maybe a couple of months, if you can tell me the lure that is on the end of your line you may have it back..by the way it was hooked onto a very nice stick fish.
