Brown season

Am going to Crescent this Saturday for macks and browns with a fellow ifisher. Any reports from the last week or so? I know its getting time for those fall browns.
Heres a pic of my nephew from earlier this year at Wickiup. My 3 biggest browns came from Wickiup, but Crescent doesn't get pushed as hard for them.

Is that a brown bagger patch that your nephew has on his vest? I been spending a lot of time on the water for one of those the last 5 years and I am only one fish away. Good luck at Crescent.

Jimmy--- I didn't want to give his ID away, but he is the former state record holder. He got a 27.25 lb brown from Paulina in '92 and his record was broken 2 or 3 years ago.

Tell your nephew that I was fishing at Paulina Lake the weekend that the last state record was supposedly caught. There is a lot of us who believe that your nephew fish is still the state record that was legally caught out of Paulina. Good luck at Crescent. I will be there at the end of next month.
