Well it was another great day on the Wille in Newberg. 1bigfish and I went fish again and I caught another nice one and I finally downloaded a program so I can put the pic up on the board. We started around 2pm and fished until dark. It was a weird day because when we first got out on the water it was looking like rain and toward the evening it did rain on us alittle but the evening turned out to be blue sky and warm. We did a lot of fishing and crankbaits seemed to be working well. First big fish was lost by 1bigfish, it looked to be about two and ahalf pounds, because another bigger fish was right underneath of it and we tried to get it which gave his fish time to get the hook out. Then later toward dark we were fishing rattletraps because the fry were jumping. Then I hooked into my big one which was around three and ahalf pounds according to his scale. Only caught one large mouth and caught smallies where we thought the large mouth should have been. I can live with beginning wrong as long as we are catching fish. LOL Here is the pick and lets everone get out to catch the fall bite. Fish on.http://www.ifish.net/gallery/data/500/100_13441.jpg

Yes dragon67 did end up with the big fish of the day.

And yes that was the second night in a row that I had to sit back and watch as a 3lber was landed (on my boat) while I still keep looking for my first 3lb+ bass this year.

around three and ahalf pounds according to his scale.

Sorry dragon but the scale is accurate. :argue:

Geeze Dan, smile buddy! Don't look so serious. Let's see a nice grin at least.
Nice fish.
