I just got a call telling me that a friend from bible study passed away this morning. He had a hard fight with cancer, and was very young. Please pray for his wife angel and their 8 year old son . Blessings.

The friend the poster is referring to is Carter, he was an inspiration to many people showing his deeph faith in God throughout his battle with cancer. Carter touched many people including me in a way that illustrated the love of Jesus during a time which did not have a bright earthly future. Carter will be missed by many.
Please pray for his wife Angel and their son Carter jr who is 10 years old. They will need prayers from many to help them through this difficult time of mourning.

The funeral will be on Saturday at 2:00pm, if you can pray during this time for peace and comfort for the family I'm sure they would appreciate this!

Thanks everyone who has prayed for Carter. The service was one to be remembered as the focus was on the celebration of his life and the people he touched. It was such an inspiration to see his wife singning in the choir and showing so much joy on the outside, a true picture of the grace of Jesus Christ. :smile:
