Rod holder adaptor ?

Both my boats are equipped with "Fish On" brand rod holders and I also have riser tubes. I like them and have no complaints. Here is the conflict. I was given for Christmas an "Atwood" Mini Down Rigger and am just now wanting to mount it. I would really like to be able to relocate it to either boat at any location but the Atwood & Fish on holder mounts are too different to let this happen. Does anyone hake an adaptor that can help here? If not what Mini down rigger would be compatable with my Fish On rod holders?

I know a Folbe base will accept Fish-on holders and I thought it would accept Attwood-- you might check one out and see.
