90 HP Johnson value

Does anyone have any idea of the worth of a 90 HP 2-stroke Johnson motor? It is a late 80's model with a control and in good shape. My brother and I inhereted it from my dad along with his 16' Seaswirl. The boat, however, is in pretty bad shape (my dad replaced the motor sometime in the late 80's).

We are thinking of either trying to sell the motor or finding a different boat to put it on. Feel free to PM me.

I did a NADA report for a 88 90hp and it came back with a pretty low value. There was only one 90 listed in 1988. Range was $460-$520. The 89 range was from $550-$615 and 90 went up to $580-$650. Seems like it would be worth more than that? Let me know if you decide to sell it. May be interested in it. Possibly...
