I own a Tree Service and do most of the climbing. Today my worker and I were on the second job of the day and I did something not so smart  . I had limbed a Douglas Fir tree up to the point that I was now ready to drop the top. I put a front pie cut and did my back cut. The top started to lean and then it touched the primary power line graemlins/1zhelp.gif , I felt the electricity go through me big time  . I have done this one other time and it was nothing like this time. I felt different after that so I finished the tree and called it a day.
Later I told a friend and he said you know that that can cause your blood to clot, no I did not know that I told him.
Well I know the lord was watching over me today and I'm so glad I am one of his. I love the lord with all my heart , life is soooo good with Jesus Christ leading it. Thank you lord of taking care of me in so many ways.

Dylan,

Truth is, we are all so frail while we are on this earth. We need to thank God daily for our health as well as life. I'm glad your okay.

Question; What's going to stop this from happening again? Nothing changed is nothing changed :

God bless you brother.

Alligator you are right  , we would not last long if the Lord did not protect us. My family prays for my safety every day and I pray for theirs also. This in being obedient to the Lord, holding others up in prayer is a very important part of leading a Christian life.
As for this happening again, I can always be careful and if that does not work the Lord will for me is best

Shocking Story Dylan. The good Lord was with ya. Lots of down on your knees in thanksgiving and praise. I've been there with electricity and it ain't no fun. It hurts like nothing else when big voltage runs through you.

Glad your ok.

p.s. now if you could just get that next fish.

Fishalot: Your luckly. Who do you work for????

I have been in the utility biz for 20 plus years.
You and I know just how lucky you were.
You’re right on to say your prayers every night
I hate to read about the unluckly folks, I have seen way too many of my co-workers burnt.
