Catch...will be praying. Let God's word do its work....bring hope....cause with God, ALL things are possible
2 Thess 2:16-3:1
16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace, comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good work and word.
Rom 5:1-5
5:1 So now, since we have been made right in God's sight by faith in his promises, we can have real peace with him because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. 2 For because of our faith, he has brought us into this place of highest privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to actually becoming all that God has had in mind for us to be.3 We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they are good for us-they help us learn to be patient. 4 And patience develops strength of character in us and helps us trust God more each time we use it until finally our hope and faith are strong and steady. 5 Then, when that happens, we are able to hold our heads high no matter what happens and know that all is well, for we know how dearly God loves us, and we feel this warm love everywhere within us because God has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.

Hey you Christians! Please pray for a couple of friends of mine that are going through it right now.

As mentioned in the general posts, I lost my buddy Iver Lyseng last night. Just remember his family and friends. He lived a good and long life (90 years) but it still hurts a lot. Loved that guy. Gonna miss him. :depressed:

Second request is for another friend of our family. His wife has two annurisms in her head. One has burst and they did opperate. She is still in a coma and the other annurism is still there. They are afraid to operate on it. Tough to see loved ones so ill.

Now for a praise. My friend Jeff Stuart had been diagonoised with a melonnoma 3 weeks ago when he had a mole remove. They went ahead on stripped his lymphnodes and retested him this week. Only one node came up positive and the area where it came from is clean. Thanks God for healing Jeff. Jeff is 44 and has three kids. Way to young for this kind of stuff.

Thanks for your prayers in advance.

Bernie

C&E, sorry to hear about your friend passing on. I am saddened to hear about anyone passing on through this physical life but it's comforting knowing life is eternal. Sounds like your friend touched many people, especially you.

WOW, your friends wife really needs prayer along with the family. What a horrible event to experience. My prayer will be to maintain faith throughout this ordeal.

In light of all this God does show himself at the right times, HIS time, by healing your friend Jeff. I will pray for continued healing and full recovery.
