Song of Soloman 2:15 states: "Catch for us the little foxes, the little foxes that ruin the vineyards, our vinyards that are in bloom."
Little (not so little really) foxes are those tolerated sins that end up destroying the fruit in our life. Try this for example:
Fox #1 Edify & Encourage vs Faulfinding
Ephesians 4:29 "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benifit those who listen."
*Rather than notice shortcomings, be tolerant, forbearing with others inadequacies.
*Don't be critical of others' personalities, methods, choices, styles, but speak only words that serve to build others up, not tear them down.
*Actively seek to find creative and practial means of expressing and encouragement to those around me, in word and deed.
1Thes.5:11; James 1:26; Psalm 19:14; Prov.18:21
We glorify God when, in the power of the Holy Spirit we have a zero tolerance to sin, repent, and conform to Jesus. The world sits up and takes notice of faith lived out. God bless
