My wife and I just got back from Church and it still always seems to amaze me how good it makes me feel. Just like exercising. But most of us know how hard it is to exercise just like for me its sometimes hard to go to church. I guess I just wanted to confess that and to tell you all to have an awesome day wether it be on the water or with your family. May God Bless.

God is good and the Holy Spirit fills us with joy and peace while at church as you know.

If you are intersted in exercising and keeping God's temple in good health, you are more than welcome to exercise with a group of believers who play basketball every Monday and Thursday. Good guys, great exercise and everyone is welcome, believers and non-believers. It's inside a gym with a nice wood floor and is located in Cedar Mill.

Let me know if you would like to have a good time and get some exercise.

Thankyou Keith...you've never seen me play basketball...thats why I fish. I have unintentionally hurt people. Hoping to go to work to here pretty quick and may be working some nights. But will keep this in mind...thank you. I do know the day goes better when I start with his word.
