I like the idea Jennie. Now the task may seem overwhelming(it does to me),but if every week or two it would roll over to a different individual the task would not be that challenging.With a two week to a month notice of responsiblity the prep work could be done and refined before it needs to be posted.
The content needn't be lengthy,short and to the point is always more to my liking(do they teach that principle in seminary?).A verse that hit home from sometime in the word,from a sermon,study, or "over-the-fence" chat.
