Today a friend and I were fishing a coastal stream and came upon a hole with 3 dead steelhead in it. We wondered why they were there and went to take a closer look. What we saw infuriated us!!!! The fish had thier bellies slit open and thier eggs removed.All were summer steelhead hens and weren't there yesterday.I dont understand this at all!! This stuff makes me sick !!! I hope these guys get caught because there is a new OSP officer working this area. I am glad to see him, We have been lacking a good game cop for a long time!!! Great news was he busted a snagger today and also a guy for fishing w/o a license. I say bust all the lowlifes and take thier licenses FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!On a positive not we hooked 7 and landed 5 today !!!!
