I am headed over to Owyhee on wednesday. Any advice on where or when to fish?

Have not been up there yet this year, I have heard (reliable source) the upper part of the reservior has been pretty good. Early morning and late evening topwater, and dropshot in 25' other times during the day. Let me know how you do, I'm heading up there with my kids end of July!
