I took the old lettering off of my Glas Ply. It was held on by small aluminum screws. Some of them broke of flush with the surface and the ones that didn't break left a hole approximately 1/16". What can I cover/fill the small holes with that won't be an eyesore on the white fiberglass?

EZ Poxy. Comes in a can and has to be mixed with catlyst. It comes in white but may not match. If you can find coloring at a paint store mix it until you get desired match. Use a spot where it can't be seen first till you get a match like under the boat. Dry color will usuaully be different than wet color.
/The stuff dries harder than the gelcoat. You can file it smoooth then sand it and polish it.
I used to detail glass boats. If an area could not be matched and the owner did not want to go to expense of painting, a good vinyl aplication would cover any spots.
Greenbuttskunk should be able to help you there.

Most marine supply stores have gel coat repair kits with pigments to help match the original color, they're simple to use and come with directions. Even many auto parts store have them.
