Boat license?

Can somebody please let me know the website where I can get a copy of the boat license test for Oregon. I've heard if you get it before the year 2001 it can be a home-study test and I'd hate to miss January 1st through 15th on the water because I couldn't take the test. If somebody has a copy of the test, could you email it.

I think this is finally a positive step to try to control the crazies who drink and boat. I have seen so many people run up on the rocks because they don't follow the river markers. Really it makes me laugh.

Jet, I took the internet test at http://www.boatus.com . It is accepted by Oregon and you can receive either an online or hardcopy certificate. They have a study guide and you can go at your own pace. Hope this helps.
