No. http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif It was invited to Os' house for T-Day. http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif ... All this emu kidding around has been funny, but is anybody out there ready for closure on the subject? http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Thanks Sal. Can you make me some emu wallpaper? ... Steve, ask Os. It was all in his fascinating mind when we spotted a real one near the Cowlitz river, after I said I would 'kiss' the nearest farm animal if we didn't hook a fish in a 200 yard long nice run using my customized Wiggle Warts. They always worked before on fish present, but I guess the pressure got to me and my Warts. http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif Then Os' mind and keyboard took off like an emu with it's hind feathers on fire! So, if I must always be thought of as an emu affectionado, I can deal with that. http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif I was just concerned that some people may getting emu burnout? There are worse things than that I guess. Aren't there? http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I just want to know who put the banana-dog scent on the warts. Was it Os? http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif Sorry for picking on you but I find the emu story to be a classic. If you need help with the name of your book I am sure folks will offer some great suggestions http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

OK, fine http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif . Emu's it is. A pre-emptive strike for book names is in order then http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif . "Emu's - Love Them or Eat Them?" ... "Some Like Emu - Some Like Sheep. A Time For Tolerance" http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif ... "The Real Truth About Emu's (and the ReelTruth)" ... "During The Fish Decline of the 90's Osprey's Turn to Diving and Eating Emu's" (this one sounds more like a factual Newsweek magazine article than a fictional book title) ... "Scattered Feathers of Shame" ... OK, due to popular demand I will get to work on my Emu book. Now my fishing book will be a year late instead of a few months late.

Gee, I didn't realize this was such a sensitive topic. RT, we realize that, given the picture you posted of your wife, that you would have no reason to resort to farm animals. I'll file this under my list of topics not to discuss with you: politics, religion, and farm animals. I guess that just leaves fishing, beer, and women, and those are much more important. We could even combine them, for example, fishing for women with beer. http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I promise not to bring it up again.

Don't misunderstand guys. The emu fun doesn't bother me; I was fishing for anyone out there who is tired of hearing about it. And haven't. So ... no biggie http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif. However, fishing for ... with ... women for beer ... wait a sec ... make that women fishing and drinking beer with me, is much prefered to emus! http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif To a whole lot of things actually. ... hmmm ... actually to about anything http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif All in harmless friendly fun with this happily married man of course. - RT

I was happy when RT began to come out of the closet but I'm afraid he has begun the slide back. Be proud of who you are. Besides, if there weren't other people out there doing it then Webster's wouldn't have the term "Beastilaity" in it???? http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif The whole Emu thing really get's the imagination working and when we get tired of abusing you then we will move on to harassing Jenni! http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif
