Sandy River.......news at 5?

Plunked the Sandy river today with FISHRUS
and had the pleasure of meeting another Ifish person....MoFish, Great guy ! I enjoyed talking with you. While we were cleaning the leaves off of our lines a very nice, http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif reporter lady came to ask us some questions.....Yep ! We made the first story on the 5 o'clock news. No fish to report just enjoyed a thanksgiving tradition and great conversation in a hard driving 40 degree rain.

Yes Yes. what a nice looking lady. WOW. Mrdorkfish it was really great metting you. the first person i met for this board and reall enjoyed chating with you and Mr. tarpman looking forward on hooking up again in the future.

And about going to the coast for i might go on saturday but could not make it today.

I believe I met you to earlier in the day? I didn't have the guts to ask, "Hey, are you Mydorkfish?". But I did ask how things were going - around noon. A group of plunkers about 50 or so yards below the railroad bridge. I fished the hole above Glen Otto park without any bites.

Next time I won't be so shy.

Navigator, I remember you coming up and asking how things were going.....Not to worry, i almost live down there on Thursdays and Fridays as the run picks up so we'll be able to meet again. Mo...Tarpman, very funny.....That is Shawn, he is a nice guy too! MoFish, my plans are still the same for tomorrow but i won't be leaving till early in the morning cuz i had to get skunked at sturgeon this morning and had to wait for about 2 hours tonight to get some new tires for the rig.

I tried the river again today - fished the same hole upstream from Glen Otto. Really worked it. Nuttin. Saw five drift boats come down - nuttin. River is in great shape. The report at Jack's was plunkers below I-84 got one and heard of one caught upriver from the bank. It may be a couple of weeks before I am out there again.
