The last day of turkey season some bone head boke into my trunk and cleaned me out.

Leupold Gold Ring 10x42 Binoculars
Leupold RXII Rangefinder
ScentLok Gore-Tex Jacket
Etrex GPS (yellow)
Realtree saddle bags with turkeys calls and my license and tags
Calls were Woodhaven • Woods Wise • Primos and Knight & Hale

Lots of gear!!! Totaled about $3000 :passout:

If you happen to notice someone on a bicycle wearing a $400 jacket and trying to sell some gear let me know. Break in happend in Salem on 5/31

If anyone comes up with any leads to help retreive my gear - I will persoanlly take you on a turkey hunt next spring.

did you have insurance on the pick-up?

if it is not bolted down or art of the vehicle - your just out of luck.

Your homeowners or renters insurance would cover it. If you don't have renters, it is really about the cheapest insurance you can buy. About 125-150 a year and it sounds like you lost waaaay more than this. Don't mean to rub salt in the wound, but just passing on some valuable info in case you didn't know it.

Oh I know... I have replaced most of the gear and did not want to claim it on my homeowners ins. Now if I had my shotgun, digiatl camera and video camera stole as well, their phone would have been ringing.
