Bobber Down

Here is a little something that works for me. I simply tie a bobber stop below my bobber (as well as on top of the bobber of course) between the bobber and the swivel. I tie mine about one foot or so above the swivel with a bead between the bobber stop and the bobber. So when you do snag up on the bottom, and your line just happens to break above the swivel (or by the knot) at least you won't lose your favorite bobber most of the time..........Bobber Down

Good idea BD! You will also lose less bobbers by using superbraid mainline because the leader almost always breaks at it's knot first. And it floats and mends much better too.

BD good idea for the sliding floats. I use a set float so it doesn't effect my bobber loss.
