I wouldn't do this with good Springer, but fall Chinook or in my fall Kodiak Silver is perfect
1. Place salmon fillet in large skillet, skin side down.
2. Salt and pepper fillet (or whatever spices you want)
3. Pour fresh salsa over the top of fillet (Costco mango salsa or Costco fire roasted salsa works just fine) Make sure there is some liquid in the pan from the salsa, if not add a some liquid.
4. Put a lid on the pan and cook over over medium to medium low heat (depending on your cooktop) about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Keep an eye on the liquid to make sure it doesn't cook away, add more as needed.
5. Eat.
