Trask river again

Well just another report for the Trask river I fished the same hole this morning with Sledder and a long time fishing buddy of mine. This one is for ZaQ and yes I fished with my trout rod and if that 10 to 12 pound hatchery steelhead that will be my dinner tomorrow night is what you call a smolt I would really like to know what they are feeding them at that hatchery. All in total on one steelhead two jacks and ZaQ for your peace of mind not one SMOLT was hooked. Oakie drifter a little late but we fished fresh water.

I fished the trask on saturday with buddy of mine and we caught a couple of silvers but most of them were pretty dark we fished above the hatchery. We also fished the wilson but didnt catch anything talk to one guy who caught a steelhead.

Great job. Wish I would have gone there instead of the Clackamas. Keep up the good fishing!
