For those who make the trip from Portland, how longs the drive? I am out in hillsboro/beaverton but would like to make a 2 day trip down there.

If you tow a boat, it may take you about 4 hours. I like to go all the way down past Eugene and take the Drain exit when I come from that way, I don`t like 126 as there are few passing lanes and a lot more traffic. also, the stretch between Mapleton and Florence is awefull road. I go to Eugene that way also, unless I`m wanting to go to the west side. I used to work in Eugene and lived where I do so I know which way is faster. If I wanted to go on up I-5, it was 15 minuts faster to go through Drain because you end up on I-5 quicker.
