I have been thinking about just that. I fought off the desire to call in sick today! Hopefully it won't blow out for Sat.

The rain really helped out big creek, although it only rose the water a couple inches it pushed all the fish back from the hatchery gate and into the holes. They seemed to actually be biting too if you can beleive that. I caught my first salmon there yesterday, it was only about 14 inches but nice and fat and hadnt been in there too long. Also saw a guy catch a pretty nice Silver about a 6 or 7 pounder on eggs. A snagger showed up and waded right throught the whole me and another guy were fishing, with his custom Levis waders. Couldnt snag worth a dam there were probably at least 50 fish up above the deadline and he kept casting right on top of them and missing them somehow, good for the fish he was so drunk, we were gonna push him in but he was already soaking wet from the rain and wading trough the hole.
