Carne Asada Marinate
3 pounds flank steak
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 med onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 limes, juiced
1 large orange juiced
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika

Let skirt steak marinate for at least 4 hour up to 8 hours.. Grill on low to medium heat on your charcoal grill until medium to med-rare. Slice on the bias 1/16” thin or chop….

Warm corn tortilla’s on grill and served with diced cilantro and minced white onion garnish with your favorite salsa/Pico de gallo top with a fresh squeeze of a lime.

Normaly they don't add pineapple juice but this weekend I thought what the heck.. Its perty tasty I added about a cup of pineapple juice and the zest of a orange gives it a whole new flavor
