OMC Adhesive M? or, OMC Gasket Sealing Compound?

help,
I'm having a hard time finding these two substances to use while replacing my water pump =>OMC Adhesive M and, OMC Gasket Sealing Compound. I need to find a quick source for those two or a suitable replacement that is available quickly(not mail order, etc).

Motor is an 89 johnson 15h model, j15rcec.

contact cement and permatex. both should be available from auto supply store.
