Take one little jar of your favorite brown mustard.
Put it in a bowl add just a squrit of lemon juice.
Mix it good then add about a teaspoon of maple syurp.
Mix it with a dash of brown sugar and your done.
( I like to add the syrup by taste)
Great dip with Sturgeon and Catfish.
