hey gang,... after reading the past posts, this summer, i wanted to hear some more about the problems..(concerning low fish #s ) in the n.w. and get a feel for some of the thoughts, and gripes of outdoorsmen in oregon. when i left oregon in 93 i was comming off some of my best fishing i had ever had (90,91,92,93.) so it freaked me out to hear all the things i was reading, and hearing about..u know , like the endangered listings, hatchery closings, the clubbing of fish (which i still dont under stand.)dam removal,etc,etc.... so i have been asking ?, and checking things out and doing some serious reading.. which brings me to my post,.. i have been reading salmon without rivers, (via jens, fav. oregon fishing books) and wow there is some serious things in this book, that if true need some att*. im only on chapter 8 , and could no longer conceal my self and had to do a post, this is a must read for any fisher person in the n.w....has any one else read this book and if so what did u think about it. tight lines to all.

Okie
I have read it and thought it was a great book. A must read for any fishermen concerned with the fish of the Northwest. I loaned my book out so a friend could read it too.

Does anyone have the ISBN # for this book? I'd like to order a copy. Title and author would be be good too. The ISBN is a stock #, and can be found on the page with the publishing info. Sometimes on the cover too.

It's cool to share books, but respect the author and his income. If you like it, buy your own copy. Scribblers got to eat too!

The bend is your friend!
