I fished on the lewis today. watched the rippers hit fish after fish but they didn't keep any. The agents must have started cracking down finally. It's about time.

Hey!
All I have to say on this topic is.....DON'T LET ME CATCH ANYONE DOING THIS!!!
I cannot and will not tolerate this kind of flagrancy.
It all boils down to right and wrong....some people have never learned that lesson. Too bad for the rest of us. I'll do my part, they must do theirs.

Forget the cell phones. Get a digital camera.
You need to cordinate with the game warden when you are going to be at the river. All you have to do is fish as usual, when someone brings in a snagged fish you just hold the camera close to you and take a picture of the fish coming in snagged. Then take another picture of the slimeball keeping the fish. After a couple of hours the game warden showes up and you just replay the photos you have and he writes a bunch of tickets and takes a whole bunch of gear with him. It works real well and you catch a lot more people. http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
