Vision hooks are weak!!!

I decided to try vision hooks and what a joke it was.Straightened 2 2/0 hooks on two big fish.I was very disapointed!I bought 50 so I guess that was a waste of $...Tied up a gammy and laned a nice 27lb king.My mistake tryin something new I guess..TM

Interesting.

I hooked and landed three 25 lbish Chinook out on the Columbia on vision hooks. Not a problem.

I also have used Vision Hooks for the last 2 years with no problems.

TM, You must have got a bum batch, I'd contact the company or take 'em back where you got them. I got some sample packs of Vison Hooks and tried them this spring, didn't have any problem with them landing springers, seemed like pretty good hooks to me!

Timberman, this is superfly, I am the product manager for Vision Hooks, please send me those hooks if you still have them and I can test them myself. Or if you don't send me your name and address and I will send you a new pack of whatever you had as a replacement. It is almost impossible to check every single hook that goes out, it is to time consuming and not cost effective. I believe we have an outstanding product for a very fair price. You are only the second person that I know of that this happend to. I am sorry it did, but I will do my best to take care of you on it. Thanks Superfly!
