Who Works on Older Merc Outboards?

Looking for an outboard mchanic in the Portland (east side, preferably) who works on older (1970-1980) merc outboards. Any recommendations?

I,ve always heard good things about Tom's Outboards in Milwaulkie across from the Bomber, he's in the book. He's been there for alot of years. When I was having issues with my throttle control he took some time to talk to me about the problem, and offer some solutions.
