I know its not the biggest issue, but I am going to try to quit smoking again tomrrow. I pray that this time it will stick. Perhaps a few AC'ers would include a few words in your prayers on this?

Brad, you got my :pray:, I know what your going through and it is a big deal for those of us who battle with this issue, my wife and I are starting a program through our insurance to stop smoking also, starting smoking is one of,if not the biggest regrets in my life.

Any of us that have quit smoking know how tough it is, U.G.
After getting the addictive nicotine out of the system and the cells start to rebuild, there's still sometimes a stress issue to deal with. Just keep trying and eventually you'll lick it through perseverance. It took me several tries before I finally quit for good many years ago.
I'll say a prayer for you, and Bartman and his wife too. :pray:

Smoking was the the hardest thing I ever did in my life.
I quit after 12 years, I started chewing to quit the urge and today after 20 years, I still chew a bit bit but only when I fish on the weekends.
It it one of the toughest things you will do in your life but it is worth it.

I quit smoking & drinking on 5/13/89..... Almost 17 years now..... Never thought it was possible but you can do it buddy.
I will say a prayer so the Lord can give you the strength to overcome this :angel:
