Does anybody have any information on the chinook counts being caught down at buoy 10? I am taking the last week of the month off and wondering if it's still going to be open for kings. I have my doubts http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Thanks, Mike

It is true that B10 has been slow so far but as of this date we have taken more chinook than we had taken last year until now. The problem is that if the bite turns on in the next week or so we could bust out the quota in a matter of days just like last year. The Daily Asorian ran some insane article the other day on the number of kings harvested so far and quoted some absurd number taken to date then said the season will be closed shortly. Don't believe it. The article is wrong. Effort is increasing every week, but if the bite doesn't turn on then you may be in luck. Even if the kings are shut off the silvers will still be fair game and they are looking huge this year!
