AOL can be a big pain as far as recieving everything properly, and yes, that is your browser. OS is operation system, such as Windows 95 or 98.
Anyway, its crazy. I'll report it. is it still happening?

Hi there, it's not a nightmare for me, cuz I am going to ignore it today.
It is AOL. She pulled it up on her AOL browser and got the same message.
I will report it, nonetheless on Monday. I strive to make this page viewable with every browser. That is, all 8 of em! It's not easy to do, because there is no industry standard coding. I have to make it good for Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, Linux.. on and on, and they all have case specific coding. Not fun!
Thanks,
Jen

Oh, and Dawhunt, I have a registered beef with AOL, so don't take it personally. It is just a difficult browser to please.
It isn't the browser that is broken, it is that I have to change my coding so that AOL won't give you those messages. I just reported it and it will take a few days to fix. By the way, could you go to Bobs board and see if it gives you those errors? Or please tell me as I do some maintenance if they go away.
I'll be workin on the railroad.....

Dawhunt:I was just checking out your post and just wondering if you might need a little help with your browser problems. Jen is right. We've had AOL and always had these kind of problems. The only reason people have AOL is because they give you so much free time. Believe me, it's not worth it! Your best bet is to get a local ISP (Internet Service Provider) and then get the Browsers that Jen mentioned. Both Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer are good and easy to use and very ifish friendly! If you need help getting set up with a new ISP, please shoot me an e-mail. We also live in Washougal and would be glad to help you.

Hi again,I've gone to several other sites and messed around on them and I do not get the error message, just on this one ?? and I never had any proplem untill a couple days ago when it started. So something must have gone wrong at AOL.Thanks for the offer mike I've been thinking about leaving AOL for awhile now need to convince my wife and save all my e-mail address's and site address's,I'll get your e-mail address and contact you as soon as I can.I'm pretty new at this and could use the help. http://www.ifish.net/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Bob
You really don't need to get a different ISP to use a different browser. Just download a free version of MS Internet Explorer or Netscape, install it and you can run it after connecting through AOL.
