Frozen, but no complaints here!! WHOLE frozen, I might add, and I attempted (with pretty decent results, I think), using the filleting technique shared by "eye-fish."

I love this place! And thanks, again, to everyone who shares tips and recipes and reports and bargains, etc., etc.!
