You can almost feel the loss

I work at the west end of the Youngs Bay Bridge in Warrenton, and the bridge just reopened after being closed for two hours due to a very serious accident. Apparently a grandmother-aged person with three children in her vehicle ran head-on into a fuel truck. One of the children was ejected from the vehicle.

Please pray for all involved in the accident, either directly or indirectly. I can feel the sadness from here.

The last I heard was that all passengers in the passenger vehicle were in the hospital. Apparently they tried to pass a vehicle while on the bridge and didn't make it.

It is things like this which remind me that the posted speed is fast enough.
