I currently have a standard 2" trailer coupler on my single-axle trailer (for an 18' boat). It's the kind that requires you to lock down the latch after coupling to the ball.
On his dual-axle trailer (with surge brakes), my dad has an auto-coupler, on that slips on and automatically latches. I *think* its make by a company called Titan. This is a Baker trailer for a 21' Willie.
I've been trying to track down a replacement coupler for my trailer that does the same thing, but I am only finding auto-couplers for trailers with brakes. Does anyone know if they make auto-latching (I hope I am using the right terminology for this) couplers for standard, non-brake having, single-axle trailers?
