50HP Honda Lower End / water pump bolts

When replacing the impeller in my Honda 50 outboard water pump, should I put marine grease or anti-sieze on the water pump and lower end bolts prior to reinstalling them. The tech manual doesn't address this however on my last motor (85HP Force) the manual did call for anti-sieze... ??????
