My Son's update

A specialist in cancer flu to Bend and talked to our son, she said that there is no cure for him, but went on to tell hem, that it would benefit him to make 2 appointments up a OSU in Portland to have 1. His bone marrow removed, cleaned, and re-installed, than there well be a 30 day of isolation at the hospital.
The second appointment, may not need to happen if the first one works and he is cured, but if needed, than again a Donner, transplant would happen, and again 30 days of isolation.
I talked with Erik, he now want to for get about the whole thing, he want to go back to work, and he can't, he doesn't like not being able to hold his little one's, and his wife.
I just hope and pray, that God well step in with his wisdom, and grace, to touch Erik, with guidance, and show him the light.
I have to give this to my Father in heaven, as it's starting to work on old dad, I think he should go with what the Dr's are saying, but I am not him.

My heart aches for you and your son and his family, I will pray that God guides him to the right answer for all involved...As a father my self I don't know how I would handle it but would hope I would do like you and turn it over to God.

Of course my prayer are with him as he is my big and oly brother. I can not believe all this is going on, and I cry regualarly when I think about it. But we have to let put it all in the good lords hands not and pray the he will make it able for my brother to see his children grow and be with my sister in law for many years.
Please pray for my Brother Erik as this is a very hard and stressful time for all of us right now. :pray: :pray:
