I need to get a manual for an outboard they are about the same in cost, just not sure which has the best information, I am going to use it for general mantanance and troubleshooting and possibly a rebuild guide. So which would be better Clymer or Seloc?
Thanks!

I looked at them both and I thought the seloc was better so thats my opinion......

It seems like when I buy a repair manual like that I end up with both. Some things are better in 1 than the other. And vice versa.
That said.If your working on a Mercury product the $ spent on a factory service manual is money better spent, than on one of those.
The other manufacturers may be the same.I know on the Mercs there was no comparison.Thats the only way I'll go anymore.
