Hey Kerry, let us know what color hooks are catching them this year. I know that both the red and nickle worked before. Some guides down here are going to try flourecent pink hooks in the Columbia R. for them. Should work? - RT

Steve, florecent pink did not work as well as the red! We had our 8 fish by 7:30 all on red hooks about 16 to 20 inches behind a dodger. About 2,000 of our close friends were there and all seemed to be getting fish also.

RT,
The Flo. Pink hooks worked as well as the Red ones. We had 8 fish in the box in 40 minutes and 4 were on the flo. Pink. The average from what the fish checkers are saying was 1.6 fish per person. not all of the boats were getting limits. The bite was hot right at first light. They were saying to look for a 6 fish limit in a few weeks.
