I have a new Fish Rite coming next month and have been looking at different electric trolling motors in Cabelas. I have a Minnkota power drive 40 on my old boat but like the wireless Motorguide 45. Anyone have one of these and will the wireless foot pedal work "thru" my consloe or does it need to have open air to work?
