impeller fit and cross reference

I have a 1986 115 merc 6 cyl with a pump on it. I need to replace the aluminum impeller as it is chewed up.

I came across a deal on a stainless impeller which was for a 96 mariner 90 horse motor which was never used. It has a "C" stamped on the side. Does anyone know of this will fit my boat or where to find that information?

Post up the serial # of the pump And I will be able to tell you.

It will fit but it may over rev, make sure you have a tach hooked up. Normally it would take a "D" impeller.
