pressure tank conversion

I've got a 1957 7.5 hp Evinrude that was built with the pressure tank fuel system. I want to convert this to a fuel pump system using a modern, safer tank. I've found a great article about how to do this at this web page (http://www.duckworksmagazine.com/05/columns/max/5/index.cfm) . Do any of you have experience with this? Comments, thoughts, etc.?

I have the same outboard and I refurbished the tank, but I would be interested in doing this conversion as well. Thanks for posting the link.
