ODFW has just announced the proposed open days for the All Depth Spring Halibut fishery for Oregon. These days still have to be confirmed by the NMFS, but should be good to go.
The Cape Falcon to Humbug Mt. area includes the ports of Depoe Bay and Newport. All depth open days are as follows:
May 11th, 12th 13th,
May 18th, 19th, 20th,
May 25th, 26th, 27th,
June 1st, 2nd, 3rd,
June 8th, 9th, 10th.
If the quota is not met by the 10th of June, then additional days may be available, starting June 22nd.
We are taking reservations now for the proposed open days. For I-Fishers only, we have a special rate of $25 off per person if you book the whole boat. $700.00 for four people instead of $800.00! Only available to registered I-Fishers, and only for a limited time.
