Hi Barn.- Do you mind telling us what you used, or what new is being used on the Cow in recent years that would differ from what I posted in "Clackamas/ Large River Tech"? I haven't fished it in a long time. -- BTW, let us know what happens at the WAA (Washington Anglers Alliance) meeting on the 8th, if you're able to go. For Oregonians, we should watch this with interest because it is a big attempt to unite sports anglers toward a larger voice in the politics of fishing opportunity and other good fishing causes. Thanks. - Steve

Jeryy - we were fishing above the mouth of the Toutle. There's a troll of about half a mile that's been the most productive spot for us. Fish are being caught all the way to the Barrier Dam though. The method of choice seems to be trolled plug cut herring with an 18" dropper off of a three way. Back bouncing also works well. As R.T. advises a bead swivel half way to the bait really keeps the twists out.
I will post on the WAA meeting being held on the 8th...Anyone wishing to attend is welcome. This meeting we will begin to set the direction we want the WAA to go...
As always............Keep Fishin
