looking for local yocal to float tube lakes with.. (for trout)

Moved here recently from Roseburg, don't have any buddies in area yet with tubes or that fly fish.

Looking for some one who likes to hike in to lakes with float tube/fish cat's etc. (I have fat cat pontoon style - has backpack straps etc.)

I'm a map junkie and have more fun looking for little out of the way places than just size/qty of fish, etc.

into adventurous or even just couple hours to local places. whatever there is time for. (i'll hike 8 miles in, or drive right up to it I don't care).

am fly tyer also so I like to swap materials, how-to's or just general B.S. sittin around tying leaders or bugs and having an Ale.

I live in Oak Grove (near Milwaukie/Gladstone/Oregon City)

Cheers,
Brian

bbaley:
Welcome to IFISH. There's lots of lakes like that around here. It's a little soon to be planning a trip into the back country. I live near Oak Grove myself.

I have a listing of all the Lakes at home with their discription. PM me and I will try to remember to Scan a copy for you. It list all the lakes including Where, How deep, What's in them, How big etc. Over 150 lakes, mostly Clackamas county. I have been to some of them and they are awsome. Send me a PM if you are interested.
