I've gotten 2 sets plus my own so far and the dealine is the 20th :bigshock:

Sorry Stew, I didn't get em done last week like I hoped to :redface:. On a positive note, I finally got an idea for a potentially cool toob fly.
BTW, I'm tying on plastic toobs and need to know if weighting the flies is preferred?

I don't get it, it takes 5-10 minutes tops to tie a fly? :shrug:

5-10 minutes!?! For a hairwing or equivelent tube fly?!? It takes me at least 20-30! I'm a slow tier though (unless I'm whipping up some egg flies). Not so great at the hackling.

I too am slacking a little. Ended up going to Seattle this weekend for a football game and my sons had hockey every night this week. Plan on finishing my final 2 tomorrow night. Should be postmarked by the 20th tho... lol...

OK Stew, got mine done tonight! Hope you like them, cuz I took inspiration from one of your favorite SRC flies, - the reverse spider (except that mine has purple rubber legs! :eek:)

Just got em done. Hope your expectations aren't too high as it was my first crack at a steelhead tube fly. My new rotary vice that I got for Christmas helped. Can't wait to see what you all created.
I'm sure they will be fine. Looking forward to getting thm all :cheers:
